S & P Global Markets Financial Intelligence: UK 5-year credit default swaps (CDS) rose to their highest level since late May at 19 basis points, up 1 basis point from Monday's close. France's 5-year CDS rose to their highest level since early May at 39 basis points, up 1 basis point from Monday's close. Turkey's 5-year CDS rose to 272 basis points, up 7 basis points from the previous session and the highest since August 12.
