Starknet posted that it has been back online and fully restored to normal operation, and block production has resumed. Most RPC service providers have been restored, and the remaining service providers will be upgraded as soon as possible. In order to resume service, transactions submitted between 10:23 and 12:36 UTC + 8 were not processed. All transactions must be resubmitted within one hour from block 1960612. The relevant detailed review and preventive measures will be announced later.
