ZachXBT said it had obtained evidence that a number of Internet celebrities in the cryptocurrency space had not been required to post paid promotions on their social media accounts.
On Monday, the Web3 researcher published a spreadsheet listing the pricing and wallet addresses of more than 200 crypto influencers who had been approached to participate in the promotion of a token project. He claimed that fewer than five of the 160 or so people who had accepted the promotion had marked the posts as advertisements.
The document, posted on the X platform (formerly Twitter), shows that the individual promotion offers of the relevant influencers range from hundreds of dollars to five figures, and the document also contains the address of the Solana wallet used to receive the payment, as well as the link to the payment voucher on the chain.
