According to the official announcement, Yunfeng Financial Group (HKEx) announced today (September 1) that it has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Ant Digital and made a strategic investment in the Pharos public chain. The two parties will rely on Ant Digital's blockchain technology advantages, combined with Yunfeng Financial's experience in traditional financial fields such as asset management, securities, and insurance, and jointly deploy the RWA (real-world asset) tokenization and Web3 fields through the Pharos high-performance public chain platform.
The collaboration aims to accelerate the integration and innovation of Web3 and traditional finance, and all parties are independent third-party relationships.
