Glassnode: Bitcoin long-term holders sold a new high in a single day, reaching 97,000

According to Glassnode data, the recent spending activity of Bitcoin long-term holders (LTH) has accelerated, and the 14-day moving average has continued to rise, but it is still below the peak level of October-November 2024. It is worth noting that last Friday saw the largest single-day sale of the year, with about 97,000 BTC moved by long-term holders. Among them, about 34,500 held for 1-2 years, about 16,600 held for 6-12 months, and about 16,000 held for 3-5 years. These three categories of holders account for about 70% of the total expenditure.
