新城发展同意发行股份募资约5000万港元用于RWA领域

新城集团在港交所公告，公司同意按每股2.5845港元的价格向Blockchain Metaverse Academy发行约1900万股股份。认购股份占扩大后已发行股本约0.27%；认购价较收盘价2.48港元溢价约4.2%；所得款项总额约为5000万港元。募集资金将用于真实世界资产(RWA)应用领域的战略部署。(金十)
