市场消息：中银香港计划申请稳定币发行人牌照

9 月 1 日消息，在渣打香港牵头成立的合营公司正式表态有意申请牌照后，中银香港计划申请稳定币发行人牌照，并争取成为首批获批牌照的发行人。首批申请截止日为 9 月底。中银香港和金管局均拒绝置评。
