Grayscale submits S-1 file for Cardano and Polkadot ETFs

According to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart, digital asset management firm Grayscale has filed an S-1 registration statement for its Cardano (ADA) and Polkadot (DOT) exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The filings are a follow-up to Grayscale's previously filed Form 19b-4, indicating that the company is continuing to move its product-to-market process. The move is not an entirely new filing, but is part of its regular filing process.
