Tether: Do not freeze smart contracts on blockchains such as Omni Layer, Kusama, EOS, and Algorand for the time being

According to official news, Tether previously announced plans to stop the redemption and freezing of USDT tokens on the Omni Layer, Bitcoin Cash SLP, Kusama, EOS, and Algorand blockchains from September 1, 2025, thus phasing out support. However, based on feedback from these discontinued blockchain communities, Tether has decided to modify this practice and will not freeze smart contracts on these networks. While users can still transfer tokens between wallets, Tether will stop issuing and exchanging tokens directly on these blockchains.
