Chinese builder Xincheng Group plans to raise funds through tokenized debt

According to Bloomberg, Chinese builder New Town Group Co., Ltd. plans to enter the digital asset space in Hong Kong by issuing tokenized private equity bonds by the end of the year. The company on Friday unveiled its strategy to explore such assets. The company expects to establish a digital asset management unit by the end of the year and launch a non-fungible token product related to its Wuyue Plaza investment property.
