Cryptocurrency exchange BitMart has withdrawn its application for a virtual asset service provider (VASP) license in Hong Kong. According to the records of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), BitMart withdrew its application on Thursday. Previously, several major exchanges such as Bybit, OKX and Gate also withdrew their applications at the end of May 2024.
