"2025 Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises" Released

On August 28th, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released the "Top 500 Private Enterprises in China 2025" in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The results show that JD.com Group, Alibaba (China) Co., Ltd. and Hengli Group Co., Ltd. are in the top three. The threshold for the top 500 private enterprises has increased to 27.023 billion yuan; the total operating income has reached 43.05 trillion yuan; the total net profit is 1.80 trillion yuan; the total R & D expenses are 1.13 trillion yuan, the total number of R & D personnel is 1.1517 million, and the average R & D investment intensity is 2.77%; the total tax payment is 1.27 trillion yuan, and there are 240 enterprises with a tax payment exceeding 1 billion yuan, accounting for 48.00% of the top 500.
