On August 26, according to the Suzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, with immediate effect, the restriction on the transfer of real estate rights registration certificates for newly built commercial housing within the urban area of Suzhou will be cancelled (except for housing with special restrictions on transfer requirements).
