In an interview with RTHK's New Thinking in Finance program, Ng Kit-chuang, a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, said that Korean companies are interested in participating in the development of Hong Kong's virtual asset market. It is reported that Lee Bu-hyun, President of the Korea Financial Supervisory Service, and Leung Fung-yee, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission, held a meeting in April this year to exchange views on the latest developments in Hong Kong's virtual asset trading and supervision, and agreed to maintain close cooperation in virtual asset supervision in the future.
