Nano Labs Ltd (NASDAQ: NA), a provider of Web3 infrastructure and product solutions, announced that its Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kong Jianping, has purchased 480,000 shares of Class A common stock through open market transactions in August using his personal funds. Previously, Mr. Kong purchased shares twice in May and September 2024.
