U.S. stocks closed Monday with the Dow initially down 0.76 percent, the S & P 500 index down 0.43 percent and the Nasdaq down 0.2 percent. Coinbase (COIN. O) fell 4 percent and Circle (CRCL. N) fell 7 percent. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) rose 1 percent and Tesla (TSLA. O) rose nearly 2 percent.
