Nasdaq-listed company Empery Digital announced that it has increased its holdings of 12.97 BTC, with a total purchase price of $1.50 million. As of now, the holdings of Bitcoin have reached 4,064.88, with a total purchase price of about $478 million and an average purchase price of $117,549. In addition, Empery Digital also announced that it has repurchased 363,395 common shares under its $100 million share repurchase program, with an average purchase price of $7.39 per share. There is still about $97 million available for future repurchases.
