Huobi HTX C2C opens special project rectification of illegal merchants: 0 freeze guarantee and then upgrade

On August 25th, according to the official announcement, in order to further maintain a good C2C trading environment, Huobi HTX has launched a "special project to crack down on illegal merchants", resolutely zero tolerance for actions that disrupt market order and infringe on user rights and interests, so that users can deposit money more safely and without worries.
Since the launch of Huobi HTX C2C selection station, it has been widely praised for its "0 freeze + 100% full compensation" dual insurance mechanism. The focus of this special project rectification includes: non-real-name payment, malicious middleman behavior, judicial freezing due to merchant reasons, low-price advertising drainage and high-price transactions, illegal pulling people and other issues. Once verified, the illegal merchants will be directly cleared, the deposit will be frozen, and the account transaction function will be permanently restricted in severe cases.
This action is carried out in three stages: the first stage (from now until August 29), focusing on the investigation and restriction of illegal accounts; the second stage (from August 29 to September 10), publishing typical cases and upgrading the risk control model; long-term stage (after September 10), the platform will regularly publish trading environment reports and accept user supervision.
It is worth mentioning that the Huobi HTX C2C "0 freeze" mechanism continues to take effect. If users are judicially frozen due to merchant violations, the platform will cover the full amount and completely eliminate transaction concerns.
