华泰证券固收研究表示，美国当前形势暗示就业增长面临下行风险，可能要求调整政策。鲍威尔讲话后，市场交易美联储宽松，美国基本面软着陆的概率上升，预计9月降息25个基点为基准情形，四季度降息2次25个基点的概率或高于1次。（金十）
