Multiple institutions submit revised S-1 documents for the spot XRP ETF

A number of asset managers, including Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, CoinShares, Franklin, 21Shares and WisdomTree, have filed revised S-1 filings with the Securities Supervision Commission (SEC) for spot XRP ETFs. Analysts believe that this batch of centralized filings is almost certain to be adjusted in response to SEC feedback, indicating that institutions are actively responding to regulatory requirements, which is seen as a positive sign before approval.
