According to Lookonchain monitoring, Arthur Hayes' public wallet address has been trading in the ETH band since he published "ETH = 5,000" on December 22, 2023. Interestingly, Arthur Hayes sold ETH twice - and the price continued to rise after both sales, forcing him to buy it back at a higher price.
