UBS: US and European high-rated corporate bonds offer attractive yields and low risk

UBS's Frederick Mellors said in a report that highly rated corporate bonds rated AA minus or higher in the US and eurozone were attractive because of their good risk-reward characteristics. He noted that in the current uncertain economic environment, such bonds offer significant yields and relatively low risk. The asset class is a "credible alternative to cash" for investors looking to lock in current high yields.
