Arbitrum DAO Receives $10,000 Orbit License Fee in August

According to @tomwanhh, the Arbitrum DAO received $10,000 in Orbit license fees in August, 50% of which came from @plumenetwork. Chains built on Orbit Stack (which do not settle on Arbitrum One) are required to pay 10% of their protocol net revenue, and 80% of this fee will go to the DAO.
