SBI Holdings announced that it has signed a share transfer agreement with some of the existing shareholders of CoinPost, which operates the Web3-related media and events business. Through this transaction, SBI Holdings will acquire a majority stake in CoinPost, making it a consolidated subsidiary of SBI Holdings. The merger is expected to be completed on October 1, 2025, subject to completion of all necessary share transfer formalities.
