The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has announced the withdrawal of Anchorage Digital's consent to rectify. The document was originally issued in 2022 under the Biden administration due to insufficient anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (KYC). The OCC said the bank's robustness and compliance no longer required the requirement.
