According to CoinDesk, Singapore's largest bank, DBS, has announced the issuance of tokenized structured notes on the Ethereum public chain, open to qualified and institutional investors from local exchanges ADDX, DigiFT, and HydraX.
The first product is a participatory note linked to crypto assets, which is settled in cash when the price rises, and limits losses when the price falls. The unit of the note is reduced from the traditional 100,000 US dollars to 1,000 US dollars, improving liquidity and transaction convenience. In the first half of 2025, the transaction volume of related products exceeded 1 billion US dollars, and Q2 increased by nearly 60% month-on-month. DBS will be expanded to stock and credit notes in the future.
