The three major U.S. stock indexes closed mixed, with the Nasdaq down 0.67%, the S & P 500 down 0.24%, and the Dow up 0.04%. Most large technology stocks fell, Intel fell about 7%, Google, Amazon, Apple, and Tesla fell more than 1%, and Microsoft, Nvidia, Netflix, Meta, and AMD fell slightly.
