Coinbase's head of institutional research: The market outlook will be brighter in September

David Duong, head of institutional research at Coinbase, tweeted that the Jackson Hole conference and PPI data are just excuses for market participants to reduce risk ahead of the massive Treasury General Account (TGA) withdrawal (about $400 billion) that the U.S. Treasury will make in the coming weeks. This explains why Bitcoin has lost momentum along with many stocks. However, we think the outlook for September looks brighter.
