However, a potential solution may exist, and it is simpler than one might think.
A post on social platform X by veteran security researcher Daniel Von Fange (previously at Origin Protocol) suggested that a step could be added to a typical multi-signature workflow.
This change would insert an unexpectedly simple "sanity check" for any approved operation between signing and execution for final approval.
