VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG) today announced a landmark partnership with leading digital asset holders to establish a sovereign-grade infrastructure joint venture backed by 18,000 bitcoins (valued at approximately $2.16 billion). VCI Global will hold a 70% stake and be responsible for commercial operations, with the partners retaining full custody of the BTC reserve.
