According to The Block, the American Innovation Project (AIP) was launched on Tuesday. The organization is supported by industry leaders such as Coinbase and UniswapLabs. Its common mission is to inform U.S. policymakers about the rapid development of emerging technologies such as crypto and artificial intelligence. A statement said the project is committed to helping foster "dialogue on policy and technology issues affecting the future of the U.S. economy."
Several crypto-focused entities are backing AIP, including Kraken, Coinbase, the National Cryptocurrency Association, Paradigm, Solana Policy Institute, and DCG. The organization received seed funding from the Cedar Innovation Foundation (CedarInnovationFoundation) and a $1 million grant from Digital Currency Group, the statement said.
