According to Cointelegraph, a Texas District Court judge recommended upholding Internet celebrity Logan Paul's dismissal of a class action lawsuit against his NFT project Crypto Zoo. Judge Ronald Griffin said the plaintiffs failed to fully prove a connection between Paul and his loss in capital.
Judge Griffin recommended allowing the plaintiffs to amend all 27 charges except for commodity pool fraud. The class-action lawsuit, filed in February 2023, alleges that CryptoZoo is a "roadblock" for unfulfilled promises.
