Bitcoin Treasury Capital adjusts pricing of rights issue to raise 209 million Swedish krona to increase bitcoin holdings

Bitcoin Treasury Capital announced an adjustment to the pricing of the rights issue. The subscription price of its TO1 series of warrants has been determined at SEK 292 per share, and it is expected to issue 716,894 warrants and obtain approximately 209 million SEK (excluding issuance costs). Bitcoin Treasury Capital said that the amount raised by the rights issue will be used to continue to increase the holdings of Bitcoin, which may be able to purchase approximately 186.8 BTC (excluding transaction costs and fees) if calculated at the current exchange rate of approximately SEK 1.12 million/BTC.
