Figure Technology, a financial technology company, today announced that it has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Initial Public Offering of its Class A common shares. The number of shares to be issued and the price range have not been determined. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there is no guarantee as to whether or when the offering will be completed, nor the actual size or terms of the offering. Figure has applied to list its Class A common shares on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "FIGR".
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies, and Bank of America Securities served as lead bookkeepers.
