Tembo, owned by XRP treasury company VivoPower, receives strategic investment from Energi Holdings at a valuation of $200 million

Nasdaq-listed XRP treasury company VivoPower International announced that it has reached an agreement with Energi Holdings Limited to make a PIPE investment in its subsidiary Tembo at a valuation of $200 million, which will receive a 51% stake in the company upon completion of the transaction. The related transaction is still subject to review by the Securities Exchange Commission.
