ETHZilla (formerly 180 Life Sciences Corp.) today announced the completion of the rebranding and will begin trading on NASDAQ under the new ticker symbol "ETHZ" on August 18, 2025. The company has successfully raised $565 million through private placement and convertible bonds and currently holds 94,675 ETH at an average purchase price of $3,902.20 for a total value of approximately $419 million.
