Amdax, a cryptocurrency services provider headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has announced plans to launch a bitcoin treasury company called AMBTS, with the goal of a phased listing on Euronext Amsterdam. Amdax and AMBTS will raise funds from a number of private investors to increase their holdings of bitcoin.
