Investment bank Jefferies reported that the profitability of bitcoin mining increased by 2% in July, mainly due to the 7% increase in bitcoin price and only 5% increase in the computing power of the whole network. US listed mining companies produced 3,622 BTC in the month, accounting for 26% of the whole network, an increase of 1 percentage point from June.
According to the data, IREN became the mining company with the highest output in July with 728 BTC, and MARA ranked second with 703 BTC. The current daily revenue per EH/s is about 57,000 US dollars, an increase of 14% over the same period last year. Analysts pointed out that the rise in bitcoin prices is the most beneficial for digital asset companies such as Galaxy.
