European leaders: Russia cannot exercise veto power over Ukraine joining European Union or NATO

The European leaders issued a joint statement: Russia should not restrict the Ukrainian armed forces or its cooperation with third countries, Russia cannot exercise veto power over Ukraine's path to membership in the European Union and NATO. International borders must not be changed by force, and we will continue to support Ukraine.
