On August 16, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that from August 18 to 20, Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Foreign Minister, and Chinese Special Representative for the China-India Boundary Issue, will be invited to visit India and hold the 24th meeting of the Special Representatives for the China-India Boundary Issue.
