On August 16th, according to Tim Beiko's summary of the 218th Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developer Conference (ACDE), the meeting mainly discussed: Fusaka update (Devnet-4 exposed the problem of BPO 3, planned to start Devnet-5 to fix the problem and improve the participation of a few clients; the original upgrade schedule was delayed due to instability, and it will be determined after Devnet-5 is stable), Glamsterdam upgrade (confirmed that EIP-7732/ePBS is the core proposal of the consensus layer, and EIP-7928/Block-Level Access Lists is the core proposal of the execution layer.
