Digital Currency Group filed a lawsuit against its subsidiary Genesis over $1.10 billion in receivables in the aftermath of the cryptocurrency market crash. In the complaint, Digital Currency Group said it had tried to fill a potential "gap" following the collapse of cryptocurrency hedge fund Three Arrows Capital in 2022.
Digital Currency Group is asking the court to order Genesis Global Capital to pay it more than $105 million plus interest.
