SharpLink's second quarter net loss exceeded $100 million, ETH holdings reached 728,800

SharpLink Gaming announced its second quarter 2025 results. The company has made ETH its main reserve asset and currently holds 728,804 ETH, which is nearly all pledged, and has accumulated 1,326 rewards. The net loss in the second quarter reached $103.40 million, mainly due to the non-cash impairment of $87.8 million due to the decline in the price of LsETH assets and the non-cash equity incentive of $16.4 million related to the strategic agreement with Consensys. Revenue for the same period was $7 million and gross profit was $2 million. SharpLink has entered into a strategic cooperation with Consensys to further advance the ETH asset management strategy.
