The Board of Directors of Bitcoin Treasury Capital, a Swedish listed company, issued 13,803 Class B shares, corresponding to approximately SEK 4 million. The subscription price for the private placement was determined through fair negotiation at SEK 287 per share. All B shares issued through the private placement were subscribed and distributed. Proceeds will be used to acquire additional bitcoins.
