Gemini launches self-custodial crypto wallet and on-chain platform

Gemini, a crypto exchange, has launched a self-custodial crypto wallet and on-chain operating platform to enhance decentralized service capabilities while dealing with low centralized transaction volume. Gemini Wallet uses a Passkey-based login method that does not require traditional recovery phrases, and can be embedded in DApps or manage assets as a portable wallet. Gemini Onchain Dashboard supports token trading, DApp access, and investment in stablecoins or crypto assets income, and provides cross-chain trading capabilities. To promote product adoption, Gemini covers gas fees and gives away ENS subdomains for the first batch of users. Partner networks include Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Base, etc.
