Changhe: No port deal expected this year

On August 14th, at the interim results analyst conference of Changhe (00001.HK), the management of Changhe said that the transaction of selling the port business has different considerations for regulators in different countries. The company has previously stated that it will not enter into any transaction without the approval of all relevant regulators and departments. Now the transaction has entered a new stage, such as inviting mainland anchors to join the discussion, hoping to obtain the approval of all relevant regulators, but it is expected to take longer than the original plan, and the transaction will not be completed in 2025.
