Strategy announces legal name change from MicroStrategy Incorporated to Strategy Inc

Strategy Inc announced today that its legal name has been changed from MicroStrategy Incorporated to "Strategy Inc", effective August 11, 2025. The company's securities listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market will continue to trade under its ticker symbol: MSTR (Class A common stock), STRK (8.00% Series A perpetually exercised preference share), STRF (10.00% Series A perpetually exercised preference share), STRD (10.00% Series A perpetually exercised preference share). As well as STRC (Variable Rate Series A perpetually exercised preference share). The CUSIP number also remains unchanged. The name change will not affect the company's corporate structure.
