In an update, payment service provider Block said it will price the $1.20 billion principal notes (the "2030 Notes") and the $1 billion principal notes (the "2033 Notes", together with the 2030 Notes) to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers under Section 144A of the Securities Act of 1933 (as amended) (the "Act") and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States under Regulation S of the Act.
The total principal amount of the issue is higher than the previously announced $1.50 billion issue size.
