Eden Network, an ETH infrastructure service provider, has announced that it will cease operations. The project will distribute 2,000 ETH of reserve funds to EDEN token holders through a token exit program. The exit program will last until September 30, 2025, with an exchange rate of 1 EDEN = 0.00001506 ETH.
Eden Network, formerly Archer DAO, was established in 2020 to provide maximum extractable value (MEV) revenue services to ETH miners. After the ETH merger, the project was transformed into a MEV-Boost relay operator, but it was unable to maintain operations due to increased market competition and rising operating costs.
The project has terminated all related services, including Eden RPC, Eden Bundles and other products, and advised users to switch to alternative services such as Flashbots. This exit plan is only for non-US residents, and the project has destroyed all uncirculated tokens.
