Sam Altman asks Elon Musk to sign affidavit denying manipulation of Algorithm X

Sam Altman, chief executive of OpenAI, has publicly demanded that Elon Musk sign an affidavit that he never directed changes to the X platform algorithm to hurt competitors or benefit his own business. Altman said he would publicly apologise if Musk signed the documents. Altman has previously questioned Musk's use of platform advantages to harm the interests of competitors.
